The Concrete Printer is a machine that is operated using CNC technology.  Our machine uses the highest quality parts and has been tested for use in the harsh environments it will encounter including concrete dust, ice, as well as wood and aluminum shavings.

The concrete Printer will engrave 24″ x 36″ in one placement but can be moved and matched to make bigger projects.

ConcretePrinter.com now offers diamond bits for $15 each.  We’ve thoroughly tested the market and found these to be best bit.  They typically last 7-10 engravings, making your consumables costs around $2/engraving

We have a one year warranty on all drive motors, the control box, and cutting spindle.

The machine will engrave up to the length of the cutting bit, but for concrete we only recommend etching the surface between 1/16″ and 3/16″.  This depth will reduce the potential for chipping, as well as ensure a safe surface to walk on.

All parts that would receive any wear and tear are made in the U.S. and can be received within 2 business days.  Check in soon for a parts order section here at our website.

We offer tutorials on everything that is needed to know including sales and operating techniques.  All software is readily available for free trial downloads with video tutorials.  Ask us about an extensive list of in-depth video tutorials that will walk you through the process from start to finish and will be available exclusively to buyers of the Concrete Printer.

The concrete Printer will cut just about any surface put under it.  We have tested it with steel, aluminum, wood, brick, marble, granite, limestone, and even ice.

The Concrete Printer will cut any vertical surface up to 45 degrees and a Concrete Wall Printer is in the development stages.

There are none and never will be.  The cost is a one time fee for the purchase the entire Concrete Printer System.

We ship the entire system via UPS but pickup is free and will include training.

We do not discriminate against anyone hoping to earn a living with their own business using the Concrete Printer.  We recommend you be the first in your area to get a jump on the competition!

Prices are totally left up to the owner of the printer system.   We believe our system can offer a cost-effective service where conventional methods of engraving cannot.  Our research has showed us that typical prices using conventional engraving methods start at around $1,000 and can take days to complete.

Obviously every job will differ as there are many variables.  A 2′ x 2′ project can take as little as 5 minutes but could exeed an hour depending on speed and complexity of the project.  In the following video, the job was finished in 23 minutes with a logo area of 19″ x 19″.

After a project is drafted in your software a finish time will be displayed.
